Proposal: Add /recap auto-trigger to CLAUDE.md
What
Add a “Session Start” section to CLAUDE.md with one instruction: run /recap at the start of each new conversation.
Why
FR-004 requires the recap to run automatically. Claude Code has no “on session start” hook, so a CLAUDE.md instruction is the only mechanism. Cost: ~10 tokens per session.
